Thursday Write Up
It's Thursday again and time for another progress report on my writing. I'm quite enjoying doing this each week, as it essentially holds me accountable for my progress (or lack of).
Having said that, this week has been quite productive:
I kicked off Tuesday Writing Tips with a guest post from Natasha McNeely. Next week Stephen Montano will be sharing a tip. If you haven't checked out his amazing, post apocalyptic vampire series, Blood Skies, then you really should!
I began my new writing schedule on Monday and got some extra words in on Tuesday.
Although I haven't progressed on the Trinity Sequel (still stuck on how to fix the plot outline), I haven't double the word count on Hal's story. I'm tentatively giving it the working title of ARK. The pace of this story is slower than I normally write, although that falls in line with what little science fiction I've read. I'm still having fun with it, but I'm starting to second guess myself on the pace, story and (lack of) characters. I'll just have to see where it goes.
I had my first phone interview about my writing, which was nerve wracking to say the least. I'm reasonably sure that I rambled like a lunatic. I'll let you know when it goes live so you can decide for yourselves!
Trinity got two more reviews, one at Yaroos.com and the other at Amazon UK.
So, all in all a good week. How was yours?
